We want you to be happy with your purchases. To ensure your satisfaction and for the protection of our customers and Deco-World, we have a Return Policy that we honor.

Return Policy Procedure

1. If you are not pleased with your purchase for whatever reason and wish to return it, you may do this within 14 days by returning the item back to us. All return costs are payable by you and not refundable. The initial postage cost is also payable by you and not refundable.

Please note this is not available to customers outside the EU who have purchased a large item (eg. furniture) that has been shipped.

2. We will acknowledge your return request within 3 working days via email or telephone.
3. You will ship/post the item back to us. All return costs are payable by you unless the item was damaged in transit or not as described - See below.


* We strongly advise the item to be returned via the original carrier, in its original packaging.

* We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.
4. We will verify the returned item has arrived and will issue a full refund within 30 days by the same method you paid us, unless we choose another method which is soley at our decretion. If the item is not returned to us in the same condition as it was sent out to you we will not issue a refund but we will help with any claims via postal services should the damage of occured that way.

* This policy does not apply to customers outside the UK, please contact us for returns if you are purchasing outside the UK.

* Damaged items are handled separately as described immediately below.
Damaged in transit Item Procedure
* Please do not return items damaged in shipment/postage, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.
* To begin the process, please contact us and alert us to the damage.
Be sure to retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the damaged item, as the shipping agent will request to examine them. * In the event that you, the recipient, files the claim, we will provide you with the necessary insurance information.

Items not as described

Items described as "very good condition" and "excellent condition" and "mint condition" are used to describe items for their age, generally 80 yrs old plus, this does not infer they look like they're 'brand new'. If you aren't sure, please ask for a free no obligation detailed condition report of the item, prior to purchase. We will endeavor to be as accurate as possible when describing any item. If when you receive the item it is not as described on the site, we will offer you a full refund or if you wish we will try and remedy by replacing like for like or restoring back , in the case of damage in transit.

This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
